XAI_TraderX – Stock Trading Assistant with GRU + RAG

XAI_TraderX predicts next-day closing prices for Axis Bank and Reliance using a GRU model. Users can simulate trades without real money, ask about past trades and profits via a RAG-powered chatbot backed by ChromaDB, and view model performance over the last 7, 14, and 30 days. It also generates trade summary reports for any period (weekly, monthly, or custom) based on user queries. Built with FastAPI and Streamlit, and hosted on AWS.

Knowra – RAG Chatbot for PDF Understanding

Knowra is an intelligent Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) chatbot that allows users to upload PDF documents and ask questions based on their content. It uses FAISS for semantic search, LangChain for pipeline integration, and Gemini Pro for natural language answers. Built with FastAPI and Streamlit, it features chat memory, custom UI, and modal-based PDF upload. The full version is deployed on Render, while a lightweight version is available on Hugging Face Spaces.

Heart Disease Prediction with MLOps

Built an end-to-end MLOps pipeline to predict the risk of heart disease using XGBoost – a powerful ensemble learning algorithm known for its accuracy. Integrated data preprocessing, model training, evaluation, and deployment stages with automation and monitoring for production readiness. The project showcases skills in ML engineering, model versioning, and deployment using Docker, FastAPI, Streamlit, and Render.

Deep Learning Exploration

Explored various deep learning concepts, including neural networks, CNNs, and transfer learning. Worked on face expression analysis and experimented with controlling games using facial expressions. This journey allowed me to dive deeper into AI-driven interaction, enhancing my understanding of computer vision and real-time inference.

Natural Language Processing (NLP)

Explored NLP concepts and worked on a sentiment analysis project for the game 'Borderlands' using real user reviews. Deployed the model with Streamlit to provide real-time sentiment insights. This project deepened my understanding of text processing, sentiment classification, and web deployment.

Created a machine learning model using Linear Regression to predict house prices based on key features such as location, size, and amenities. This project features a Business Insights Dashboard developed using Power BI. The dashboard provides key visualizations on sales, revenue, and product performance, sourced from a MySQL database. Data cleaning processes were implemented to ensure the accuracy and reliability of the insights.

Developed a secure and user-friendly login and signup system using Django. Implemented form validation, authentication, and session management to ensure smooth user experience and security. This project highlights my skills in web development with Django, focusing on authentication and backend logic.
